THERE ARE ONLY TWO TYPES OF RELIGION – Human Accomplishment and Divine Accomplishment – AND THE PRIDE OF MAN HAS SUCCEEDED AT MAKING A VERY SIMPLE NEED COMPLICATED
When we see ‘RELIGION’ (Human Accomplishment – man), in a black and white, side-by-side comparison with truth (Divine Accomplishment – God), man and his efforts are quickly revealed as nothing shy of sometimes well intended, but empty words. Please, before judging TM for his bold but truthful opinion, bear with him for a moment.
In a court of law we still require two sides to a story for a case to be presented in court, along with a few other things, but for simplicity sake, two sides are suffice … so please see this unrelated yet viable example immediately below … and then a few real life, up to date examples of how we are being bamboozled on what and who to believe.
In USA & Canada we’ve been told to avoid the pyramid scheme for centuries, because only the people at the top make all the money; good advice, considering it’s true. However, when we place the very business model making such claims (our current Job, Banking, Financial system) side-by-side with a proposed business model, we can see as plain as the nose on our face the reason as to why our current system doesn’t want any competition; it would be losing multiple trillions of dollars and all control to the people (Coming Soon)! In a Similar Sense Religion (Human Accomplishment) and God (Divine Accomplishment) Can be Seen … From Contradictory Messages of Religious Leaders to Celebrities Worshiped as Though gods

TM will always say it as it is starting with: YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BELIEVE AS I DO … you are your own person … and the only reason I toss this out there is for those who choose or find themselves pondering very similar ideas and feeling perhaps like they are alone in this … and heaven forbid should you say anything to rock the boat in our sensitive, quick to judge society before us. Does that makes sense?
If you have been following my posts even remotely close, I’m confident you’re beginning to get the idea that my story doesn’t change … I say it the way I see it … no punches are held back … all while loving all and judging none … and done so as transparently as we will find with every million to one sharing.
Let me close with this. When TM followed the celebrity bible, so to speak, it wasn’t until my second wife was asking me to leave our matrimonial home. That’s two wives, two big families, plus my own, and two beautiful children who would end up with one or more PT dads (and the did) … and case in point … THE GRASS IS NOT ANY GREENER ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE FENCE … and no amount of money is going to make it better with one person over another … and living together, versus being married, is not going to make one bit of difference should you choose to go in different directions … BUT … being married will redefine your reasons for being together in the first place … rather than just … LET’S SEE IF IT WILL WORK.
I don’t have use for any religions. Some of the biggest frauds are holy rollers who say one thing and do another. You can find them in any faith whether it’s Christians, Buddhists, or whatever. I do have respect for people who practice their faith and don’t proclaim it while they’re doing so. I’m more impressed by people’s lifestyles than their labels so if you’re a Christian, act like Christ.
This is a message of its own, Hugh … thank you for that!
I must confess, the biggest culprits, guilty parties, are Christians who should know better, and yet, are missing the point; as a former pulpit preaching Pastor, I speak from much experience … not in judging but in practicing what I preach while remaining open to good sound constructive criticism according to the book in which I remain committed.
And you’re very right … we should be following people by what they do and not by what we say; if we were following this simple principle, 99.9% of those elected would not have been elected in the first place. That goes for those chosen to lead the church bodies … or those we choose to follow, who are too big to serve those they proclaim they are reaching.
Enough said … thank you, Hugh! TM
I believe Jesus came for many reasons and one of them was to end religion. Religion (today) is not of God, it is of man. When you look at the Old Testament, we get numerous examples of it from the pagans. You always see how people spoke with God as well. It was on terms of conditional love. When Jesus came he basically made religion obsolete with agape love (unconditional love). What must one do to get into Heaven and have eternal life? Accept Jesus in your heart and become reborn. When you do this, you change on the inside and it will start to reflect on the outside too. There are no rules you have to follow or sacrifices you have to make. Jesus did that for us. I have no religion. I have a relationship with God through Jesus Christ!
Too much logic and common sense coming this way these days, lol, love it, Sabrina!
It is refreshing when someone comes along with the simplicity of the Christian faith; for man has complicated it, including the church body. As you said, we accept Jesus Christ in our heart by faith and become born again. When we call upon the Lord with a sincere heart, we can be saved for eternity, as the scripture teaches, “Everyone who calls upon the name of the Lord will be saved.”
THE BIG STATEMENT is “I have no religion. I have a relationship with God through Jesus Christ.” Amen … no more said … as I (TM) love simple, lol … and so it is!
Thank you, Sabrina … really … thank you for sharing … TM
